The Black Pepper essential oil ( Pipper nigruma ) is 100% organic and 100% natural. It is obtained by steam distillation of the pepper berries. This plant is cultivated in Sri Lanka.

A strong and sharp aroma, Black Pepper has been used for centuries to treat the muscular system, being both energising and comforting. This warming essential oil is used topically to soothe aching muscles following exercise and treat pain associated with athritis and rheumatism. It is also a well-known food enhancer and used when blending your own aromatherapy bath and body-care products.
