The Manuka essential oil ( Leptospermum scoparium ) is 100% natural. It is obtained by steam distillation of the leave. This wild harvested plant come from Australia and New-Zealand.
Manuka Essential Oil has a rich, sweet, herbaceous aroma and is renowned for its potent antimicrobial properties. It is used to treat everything from rheumatism muscle aches, joint pains, back ache, arthritis, sport injuries, dandruff, fleas, lice, body odour, nasal congestion, gingivitis, diarrhea, dysentery, urinary conditions, skin infections, foot conditions, nail infection, and foot odour, fevers and burns. It is also an ingredient in many skincare and wellbeing products due to its antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties to combat skin irritation and infections, including acne-causing bacteria.
Contraindications: Non toxic, non irritant, possibly sensitising in some individuals.
